Whole and Half of beef shares
A whole will render a minimum of 400 pounds of boxed beef, a half is 200 pounds. The meat is Federally inspected, frozen, and vacuum sealed.
A deposit of $400.00 is required for a share of beef. The deposit will go toward the total for the share of beef, and secures your steer for you and your family.
